Reservation Terms

A reservation records the build you want and your place in the production queue. It does not create a contract to buy, and we do not take payment or card details when you reserve.

Reservations made while the founding batch is open receive 15% off the list price of the build reserved, including any stations added before the order is confirmed. The discount applies to the founding batch and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prices are in euros. Unless stated otherwise, list prices exclude VAT, shipping, import duties and installation outside the setup call. Before anything is ordered we confirm in writing the full price for your configuration and location, including tax and shipping.

• We contact you to confirm your configuration, the final price and the expected delivery window.
• A contract to buy is formed only when you accept our written order confirmation, which states the price, payment terms and delivery window.
• Nothing is charged until you accept it.

You can cancel a reservation at any time before accepting the order confirmation, free of charge, by writing to info@finqup.com. After delivery, every station also comes with our 30-day return guarantee — see Warranty & Returns.

We may replace components with equal or better ones before production. If we need to change the specification materially, or a feature you reserved for is not available at delivery, we will tell you before you accept the order, and you can change or cancel the reservation without cost.

Features marked “in development” are delivered as software updates when ready, unless your order confirmation says otherwise.

Queue position determines build order. A delivery date is only binding once it is stated in your accepted order confirmation.
