Terms of Use

Information on this website describes our products in good faith. Specifications, features and availability may change before we confirm an order, and the final configuration and price are those in your written order confirmation. Product images of the chassis are renders of the production design.

Features marked “in development” or “early version” are not yet complete. They will be delivered as software updates when ready; we do not promise a date unless your order confirmation states one.

Each station includes a perpetual licence to use Clerk OS, and any updates you choose to install, on that machine. It does not depend on a subscription, an account with us or a licence server, and keeps working without an internet connection.

The licence is tied to the station and passes to a new owner if you sell the machine. You may not copy Clerk OS to other hardware, or resell or sublicense it separately from the station.

Clerk OS includes open-source software and models, which remain under their own licences; see Open-Source Notices.

Hosted workspaces are for business use. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accounts, mailboxes and documents you connect.

• Do not use the services for anything unlawful, or to process data you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to break security or isolation, probe systems you are not authorised to test, reverse engineer the service, or deliberately overload it.
• Security tools on a Clerk Station may only be used against systems you own or are authorised in writing to test.

We may suspend a hosted workspace that breaches these terms, and will tell you why. This never applies to a station you own, which we cannot switch off.

What you create with Clerk OS belongs to you. AI output can be wrong: review it before relying on it, especially in legal, accounting, tax, medical, regulatory or security matters, where it does not replace professional advice.

The Clerk and FinqUP names, logos, website content and Clerk OS software belong to FinqUP or its licensors. Except as these terms allow, no rights are granted to them.

To the extent the law allows, FinqUP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability in connection with the website and hosted services is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the EU country where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
