Shipping & Delivery

Founding-batch stations are built in reservation order. Your delivery window is confirmed in writing in your order confirmation, before anything is charged. If delivery slips more than 30 days past that window, you can cancel for a full refund.

We ship within the European Union. Deliveries outside the EU are arranged case by case; import duties, taxes and customs clearance there are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Shipping, insurance and any duties are quoted in writing before you accept your order. Nothing is added afterwards.

Stations are shipped insured in protective packaging. Please inspect the packaging when it arrives and note any visible damage with the carrier, then tell us at info@finqup.com as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.

Risk passes to you on delivery. For consumers, delivery means when you or someone you name takes physical possession.

After delivery we schedule your setup call to shape the agents around how your business works. Enterprise deployments are installed and integrated as agreed in the project scope.
